What We Build
Internal AI Assistants
Assistants that answer questions from your own documents, policies, and knowledge base — with access controls so people only see what they’re permitted to see.
Document & Data Processing
Automated extraction, classification, and summarization of forms, contracts, invoices, and reports, with human review where accuracy matters.
Workflow Automation
Connecting the systems you already use to remove repetitive manual steps — intake, routing, approvals, notifications, and reporting.
Custom Internal Tools
Lightweight web applications and dashboards for specific business processes, built and documented so your team can maintain them.
Secure by Design
Every project includes the controls a security team would ask for:
- Data classification first. We identify what data the solution will touch — and keep regulated data, such as CUI or health information, out of tools that aren’t approved for it.
- Access control. Role-based access, single sign-on where available, and least-privilege integrations.
- Vendor and model review. We evaluate AI providers’ data retention, training, and hosting terms before your data goes anywhere.
- Logging and oversight. Records of what the system did, and human review for consequential decisions.
- Documentation. Architecture, data flows, and operating notes your IT team or auditors can review.
Already running AI tools or planning an AI agent? See AI security & governance for policy, risk assessment, and secure design review.
How AI Projects Work
- Discovery call (30 minutes, free). The process you want to improve, the data involved, and what success looks like.
- Scoped proposal. Fixed scope, deliverables, timeline, and price — including security and data-handling decisions.
- Build and test. Iterative delivery with your team reviewing working versions.
- Handover. Documentation, training, and an optional support arrangement.
We take on a limited number of well-defined projects at a time so each one gets senior attention.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can we use AI tools if we handle CUI or regulated data?
Sometimes — but only with tools and hosting that meet your obligations. For CUI, that generally means environments meeting FedRAMP Moderate or equivalent requirements. We’ll tell you plainly what’s appropriate and what isn’t.
Do you build large enterprise AI platforms?
No. We focus on scoped, practical solutions for small and mid-sized organizations — projects measured in weeks, not years.
Will our data be used to train AI models?
Not if we can help it. We select providers and configurations that don’t use your data for model training, and we document those terms for you.
Can you assess AI tools we already use?
Yes. Our AI security & governance service inventories the AI tools your team uses, assesses data exposure and vendor terms, and puts an AI acceptable use policy in place. It can also be included in a vCISO engagement.
Have a Process That Should Be Automated?
Tell us about it. We’ll recommend whether AI is the right fit and send a scoped proposal — usually within one business day.
