Privacy Policy

Effective October 23, 2026

This policy explains how US Ciber LLC (“USCIBER,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through usciber.com.

Information we collect

  • Information you submit: when you use our contact form, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, work email, company, company size, areas of interest, and message.
  • How you found us: when you submit the contact form, it also sends the page you first landed on, the website that referred you, any campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source), and the page you viewed before the form. This is kept in your browser only for the current visit and is sent only if you submit the form. We use it to understand which content and channels bring inquiries.
  • Technical information: our hosting and security providers process limited technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and request logs) to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal information.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide requested services.
  • To manage our business relationship with you, including follow-up communication you can opt out of at any time.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate the website and manage inquiries, including Cloudflare (hosting, security, and spam protection) and a customer relationship management (CRM) platform. These providers process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services.

Sensitive information

Please do not submit Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), passwords, or other sensitive data through the website. If an engagement requires sensitive information, we will arrange an appropriate secure method.

Data retention

We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, and then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve provided, or to stop sending you communications, by emailing info@usciber.com.

Security

We protect information using administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
